How do I make a For Life Guarantee claim?
Our knits are designed and crafted to last —with a little bit of care, your sweater should remain a permanent part of your wardrobe for many, many years to come. To give you extra comfort, each knit is covered under a For Life Guarantee that covers damages from normal wear and tear, faulty material or poor workmanship.
If your knit needs a few stitches or to get back into shape, we’ll help you out by providing some tips on how to best care for your garment and even how to mend it yourself if you’re feeling brave enough.
To make a claim, here’s what you need to do:
- Follow the link to fill out a short form.
- Take some photos of your damaged knit
- Email the form and pictures to our Clinic here.*
*Please note that you must be the original purchaser of the product with a valid proof of purchase (order number and date). If your knit was gifted, just let us know the name of the buyer and we’ll organise the rest.
